Both our cottages are situated on Folly Lane, a quiet road on the outskirts of Warminster, Wiltshire. We’re just a short drive from Longleat Safari Park and within easy reach of Bath, Salisbury, and Stonehenge.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find a Tesco Express, Fish & Chip shop, Chinese takeaway, and hairdresser. Warminster town centre is a 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) with coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and shops. The train station offers direct links to Bath and Salisbury.

A local bus stop is just 2 minutes away, connecting you to the town centre. Warminster train station is a 25-minute walk, with regular trains to Bath, Salisbury, and beyond. Local taxi services are also available. For walkers, the surrounding woods and villages offer beautiful short and long walks right from your doorstep.

Are there steps or stairs inside the property? No. Both cottages are single-storey with level flooring throughout, allowing for smooth movement around the space. Is parking close to the entrance? Yes. Parking is directly outside each property, making it convenient for guests who prefer minimal walking distance. Are the bathrooms accessible? The bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers, and we can provide additional support aids (such as a shower chair or non-slip mats) upon request. Is the outdoor area easy to access? Yes. Both cottages have private patio areas with level access, and guests are welcome to enjoy the shared garden. Do you accommodate carers or support workers? Absolutely. We welcome guests accompanied by carers or support workers and are happy to help with any specific needs in advance of your stay. Can you accommodate guests with sensory or cognitive needs? Yes.
